The site is still down today but customer service is available.  I talked with them a 2nd time today and it took about 4 minutes to get through so ASD has definitely made some great improvements in their customer service department.  It's nice to be able to talk to someone live now.  Since I've joined this company 17 days ago, Andy Bowdin has only done everything he says he would do and more.   They said they were looking into buying a new building for their new office about a week ago and just yesterday, July 15th, they closed on ASD's new office building in Quincy, Florida.   read more »
